Web host recommendations

I'm looking to setup a test server for an app. It absolutely needs to use PHP and MySQL. I don't particularly care if it has mail, or even a domain name. What I do care about is the reliability and cost. What are some good cost effective hosts to look into?

I been content with www.justhost.com I've only very very briefly browsed php and messed with a code to make my zen photo gallery work but I've been really content with them and Chat support is instant.. one time in a year it wasn't and received an email answer to my problem in under 30 mins..

they do have mysql and php 5.5 off the top of my head. My recommendation JustHost.com

+1 for Just Host. Unlimited bandwidth/databases and it comes with cPanel. $3.75/month (1 year up front) right now.
