Really I have no idea what to think of this one.

The dumps show that the crash is being caused by dxgkrnl.sys, bug check code x000000116

Address in stack:

atikmpag.sys+8768
dxgkrnl.sys+5d000
dxgmms1.sys+ff07

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! I updated the Video Drivers the first time it happened and since then a few times, still no luck. I guess the card is going bad or is bad :(

How long has this been going on?

Have you tried wiping your system of all video card drivers and reinstalling?

I have not done this yet. I will most likely need to do a FULL backup, wipe and full install. I've gone from Win 7 Home Premium, to Ultimate, to Professional. So there might be something buggered up there.

So you did the in place upgrade instead of a fresh install?

There's something about in place upgrades I don't quite trust.

Fresh installs for me, every time.
