help me identify this slot1 hsf please


its a Hwaan Piin Ind. Co. (HPIC) PII 66-CE-BH4E as shown here

i want to know the info about the fan tho, cfms and stuff, in bios it shows the fan goin around 3000 rpm. anyone kno other info on it?
