Hello everybody. I am new here.. I am going to be ordering my new pc parts soon and I need a bit of help deciding on a power supply

I have:
Mobo: ASUS AM3+ SABERTOOTH 990FX S/L
CPU: AMD FX-8120
GPU: 2x Sapphire Radeon HD7770
Ram: 6gb 1600mhz Corsair
Case: Zalman z11 Plus
Storage: 500gb 7200rpm HDD (might add an ssd later)

At the moment I am planning on getting the Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK Builder Series 600W Power Supply..

Is this power supply good enough? Or do i need to go with something like a 750W

Now I know going with a 750 would be "better" but im not really interested in better.. as long as it will run ok i will be happy :)

Thanks!

Plenty good. A 750 wouldn't be better really, just more overkill :D
At 80 watts per 7770 you have plenty of OCing room, too.

Ok great thank you! that was quick!
I am planning on getting a h60 or a noctua nh-d14 at some point so that i can overclock my cpu in the future :D

Power supplies are such a mystery to me.. lol

Glad I could help :D

You can overclock those bits to the moon and back with that unit.
Id get the Noctua, between those two.
