Z77 worth it for sandybridge?

I'm in the middle of a build and I've decided on the i5 2500k, I was planning on getting a cheap Z77 board (this) but looking at the Z68's I saw a great deal, this, but theres also a decent deal on a Z77 board. So what should I go with? I'm really leaning to the Gigabyte board, it seems like a great deal, the faster the reply the better as I hope to buy it before the price goes back up.

I would purchase the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
