Could try doing a chkdsk

Have you tried downloading the diagnostic software from the manufacturer and running it? You will likely need an error code from that (assuming it gives one) in order to RMA it (again, assuming it is under warranty)

its under a retail warrenty ;)
so RMA it is thx
also used Seatools and it passed! but i did other programs and well it did not pass
2 programs froze
and Ghost failed and gave Read Error

I don't think that is a value you have to worry about. Are there any other yellow ones? You could try a full platter scan with HDTune.

i did and it showed a .6% damaged also windows stopped working
i think a part of the HDD is damage because HDtune froze on a spot and spinrite (DOS version) froze also and i cant write a Ghost because it fails to read a part of the HDD (same spot every time

and no more yellow spots (besides that 1)

thats what i thought but was making sure thx guys!
