Is there a cable that connects to the PSU via 6-pin connector (like most modular PSU's), but has attatched to it female molex power connectors?

Finding a premade for what you want might be hard, However im sure you could make such a thing if you wanted one.

This is my PSU. I was hoping to find a molex power cable with only 2 connectors and one that isn't so dang long for my mini-itx build.

The Corsair HX series takes normal ATX pins for the connectors on the power supply. I've made many cable (50+) for these. As long as you have the hardware, you can make pretty much whatever you want.

Case in point: PCIe 6 pin to ATX 8 pin cable
