SOLVED windows 7 64bit unactivated!

ok so monday i saw that my windows activation wasup i s like wtf
so i did it and it failed so i did a system restore and it was a activated so i was like OK????
got home today and it unactivated itself again soo im Really mad and going to call microsoft to fix it
only new things it my computer are
a 6970 (for x fire)
and a Raid card
then i took out my TV tuner card Nothing else changed


Note i dont ahave the OEM version i have a upgrade family pack (and no i dont have more then 3 computer used mine is the 3rd

what would made microsoft do this????
