Where to buy thermal pad?

I needs some thermal pads for gpu coolers and for a full cover water block. Everywhere I looked seems to be out of stock. Could anyone recommend a place to buy this stuff?

I'll recommend FrozenCPU.com.

They've got a fairly wide range of thermal pads/thermal tape to choose from, and some seem to be from reputable brands.

I got the pads I have from frozen CPU. No issues.
Make sure you get the correct thickness.
