Front audio not working

I recently built my computer with this case and this motherboard and everything is working fine except the front audio and microphone ports on the case, despite the F_Audio cable being plugged into the audio pins on the motherboard.
The motherboard ports for audio and microphone are working fine so it isn't a massive problem, but it is still slightly annoying, any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance

The case uses AC'97 or HDA pinout?

You might have a feature on BIOS to change from AC97 to HDA and back, I'd try that first.
