Hey guys i am new and i don't know how to do overclock but....
Can you telll me if it's possible to reach GTX 690 with my HD 7970 by overclocking?

And what cooling i will need?:comp::comp:

no. Simple answer to that. the 690 is a dual gpu solution and will out perform even a heavily OC'd 7970. No amount of cooling will get you to 690 performance
 
My HD 7970 is oc at 1550 from 1375...at memory speed
And Gtx 690 is 1502...will My graphic card be better at memory BTW?
Also i get 110 fps+ is near to GTX 690 i think it's good...
Anyway my card will run future games after 1+2 years?
 
The memory speed may be faster, but a 690 will still be faster because (as Xander said) the 690 is effectively two 680s on one card. You should be trying to compete/beat a 680, not a 690.

No real way to tell for future games, it will definitely play them, but we don't know (or can't make any guarantees) for how much you can 'max them out' in that period of time (also depending on the resolution that you run)
