Fastest 2.5 external usb 3 drive?

Is there any difference speed wise between different models of external 2.5 usb drives?

Or they are all about the same? speed wise

Looking at this numbers: http://www.tomshardware.com/charts/...ad-Throughput-h2benchw-3.13-Average,2273.html seems like the Hitachi Touro Mobile Pro HTOLMNA7501BBB is the way to go.. But not sure if that still the case..
