Didn't see a thread on this but thought it was pretty interesting:

So apparently if you have SandForce 5.02 firmware, TRIM doesn't work. Corsair says on their forums that its fine for now as the current FW has enough garbage collection protection to compensate...

5.03 (which brings TRIM back) is being skipped due to bugs and most SSD manufacturers are waiting on 5.04 which hopefully isn't too far out.

5.0.4 will be the firmware to fix it. should be out within a month

if possible I would just for peace of mind, but in reality it shouldnt need to be

There is a way to check if the drive actualy supports TRIM.

The 'fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify' comand simply query's the OS setting.

This is how to check the Drive its self.

1# Install and run Intel's SSD Toolbox program http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=18455

Works with any SSD.

2# Select your Drive and click "Drive Details"

3# In the "Word" column, scroll down to '169' look for "Bit 0 - Data Set Management Supported"

4# If the Hex Value associated with that reads '1', the drive is ready to receive TRIM commands from the OS.

This is different. The drive will tell you it supports TRIM, the OS will tell you it is using TRIM, but it won't use it with these drivers. It is broken within the firmware.

FW 5.03 was released by corsair two days ago. Just FYI for anyone on 5.02.
