ZOTAC IONITX-T-U for htpc build

I am looking to build an htpc with similar capabilities as my atv2 with xbmc but be able stream in 1080p. I was wondering if the ZOTAC IONITX-T-U would be a good place to start. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813500065

I wouldn't base my HTPC on an Atom CPU. See if you can find a mini ITX board with AMD E350 or, better yet, an AMD A6 or A8 APU built in.

I don't think they make them with Llano/Trinity built in, do they? I've only ever seen Brazos.
