I can't seem to get rid of these annoying mouse clicks. I'll be in Chrome watching a video, or in Steam playing a game, and I hear the windows mouse click noise every few minutes. I did a quick google search and someone suggested it may be my hard drive failing. I'm assuming they meant I hear something LIKE the windows mouse click noise coming from my PC case. This noise is coming from the speakers. Any ideas?

^^^ Bingo

I found the application that was doing it.
Ghost Recon Online (Which is an awesome game btw... very addicted right now lol)

THX

I believe it's to do with the Internet Explorer engine, which some other apps use for internet access. Xfire seems to do this.
