Windsor Mem upgrade

I am going to upgrade to 4 gigs DDR2 on a PC with an AM2 Athlon 64 X2 3800+ rev BH-F2. I plan on upgrading the proc also, but until then I was wondering if anyone knows if the mem controller will handle 2x2gig or do I need to go 1x4gig.

Did you mean 4x1gig?

Regardless, 2x2gig will be less stressful on the IMC; go with that.
