Only showin 28/32gb at stock speed

System:

i7 3930K
Sabertooth X79
Corsair Veangance 32gb Quad Channel kit
Samsung 830 128gb SSD

My computer was correctly showing 32gb of RAM at 1600Mhz and all of a sudden only showed 28gb this morning. Resetting the BIOS to defaults shows all 32gb again; however, it's only running at 1366Mhz.

Manually setting the speed reverts it back to 28g shown.

Got it, diagnosed it as one stick that only shows 4gb at 1600MHz.

What a PITA, now I need to wait for Corsair.

With all four modules installed, the POST screen is only showing 28GB of RAM?

Correct. I found a defective stick that only showed 4GB in all slots at 1600MHz. I have since setup an RMA with Corsair.
