It's lasted two years through some heavy abuse, I'm not dissatisfied. However, it did come with a limited lifetime warranty, so I figured why not? Can't have too many flash drives around the house...:D.

Filled out the RMA request form, quickly got an automated response with a case number. They said 24-48 hours for a real reply, so we'll see if they're on time. :)

I'm interested to see how good they are. I own the 32gb USB3 version of yours.

I just RMA'd an SSD with them...

One of THE BEST experiences with an RMA ever.

VERY Easy to deal with...

Only (very small) complaint... Is the return shipping is done via super snail mail.

Otherwise.... A+.

How did you do that? Just out of curiosity.

I have a 16GB Patriot like yours, and, if you remove the rubber shroud, the actual PCB is kept inside a strong plastic case.

No idea, it just popped out.

Tech support ticket got moved to an RMA ticket in about 24 hours, just need to find time to ship this thing. So far, A+ to Patriot.
