SOLVED U2 Server How to get a highend GPU in

i got a new(to me) server and got a U2 case Nocro 260 from thiddy
i was wondering what do i need to but to get a GPU like a 6950 or something in my U2
i see PCIEx16 cable for cheap but that could not support my GPU at all
then i see this

but its from china..... can i trust that thing not to fry my GPU?
will it even fit a GPU like the 6950?
Note i will make the GPU mine BTC then when BTC is done in a few months i would probly put a lower end GPU in like a 8800GTX

Post up a picture once you get it togther I was thinking about using a server case for something that needed a gpu.
