How does this PSU look?

That's a good one. I'd save a little extra scratch and get the 700W version instead, hardwareserets says its pretty much identical internally to the 750W model:

That said, if you wait for more input, there's a good chance some of the PSU junkies around here could suggest other good units around this same power range that could save you a few bucks more but still get you into a good reliable unit.

Yup that's an excellent PSU.
Similar quality and a lower price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371052
I have reviewed the Antec unit, both 750w and 850w flavors. It's excellent. Usually it costs a lot more, it's on sale. Plus there's a $40 MIR!

That said, the Seasonic X series is considered one of the best if not the best, it's even less expensive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151088
The Antec does have the $40 MIR though.

Any of the three would be a good choice, I'd go with the Antec for the low price and MIR card.
