PCI Express Blocked - Avermedia Live Gamer HD

Hello, I want to purchase the avermedia live gamer hd, but when I looked in my case both pcie's were blocked by my GTX 560 ti, is there an adapter I should use?
- Any other ways to record PC gameplay rather than PCIE?
- NOT FRAPS

But in high resolution, you may suffer from the bandwith shorter than PCIe.
