Coolermaster Silenpro m2 1000w clicking sound

hi guys, i was just wondering whenever i open or shutdown my pc, i hear this clicking sound on my system, i hear this when everytime i change screens when i open my pc ( the one when you see bios, starting to windows ) and i hear also this when i shut down, is it psu related or other parts of my system? thank you

The power on/off click is a relay inside the PSU that shorts the inrush protection thermistor to gain a little bit of efficiency.
It shouldn't be doing that while it is running though, are you sure the clicks during windows loading and such are coming from the PSU?

I think your pc must be cleaned
