4100 oc'er out there

So I have a extra rig that I want to start using for seti. Here comes the issues. Is it really that bad? I have the same set up in my wifes build only differents is the cpu 1090t. Using IBT as kinda a baseline for comparing. Mind you I have not overclocked it yet. On stock cooler till Wednesday(hyper 212+).
My build get 106 gflops with IBT
My 1090t gets right around 60.

So with my thought I figured I would get between 30-40.

I ended up with 13-14 gflops. Does this seem normal?
What do most people get to with a good air cooler?

I've never used IBT... =/

I'm assuming it stands for Intel Burn Test?

Yeah Use it for a quick stab test and to see any minor speed improvements.

This has been around for a couple of years and if you read the linked article you will see most don't use IBT correctly. I know just changing the ram timings and amount of ram will throw the GFlops off or have major impact. Done like is written about, I doubt there would be as much confusion.
