Weird data showing on CrystalDiskInfo (both HDD & SSD), please HELP !!

So I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo just for the sake of checking my storage status, even though I didn't actually face any problem with both my HDD and SDD. However, I was shocked to see the results (including the Raw Read Error Rate).

Note that my rig is not even 1 month old.

Please give your feedback.

I honestly have no clue in this field, but, what about the raw read error rate (current and worst) ?
 
and the reported uncorrectable errors, or uncorrectable soft read errors.. Almost all the numbers between the current and worst matches. ???
