Quadro2 MXR show no video, idea before bake?

it show no video even boot like bios etc
i have tryed
clearing CMOS
cleaning pins and board nothing has worked so far
thinking its time for a bake
anything ideas before it goes to my kitchen?

Make sure that puppy is completely stripped before baking

Have you checked for blown caps/mosfets?

Any visible damage/shorts?

Did this happen all of a sudden or was it a gradual decline?

lol stripped!? this thing has nothing!
oh the good old days!

EDIt looked over it nothing the 1 cap looks ok
and got it as a lot of GPU on ebay
so this one never came working
