Hello overclokers,

Yesterday I've achieved 3.9ghz on a 1055T which is awesome, the memory clocks had to be 7-7-7-15 800mhz or 8-8-8-15 800mhz in order to get it running, FSB was 280.

The problem I am having now is that even though I notice Win7 loading extremely fast compared to when it was clocked to 3.5ghz, applications such as games and other varies takes a slight performance hit.

As of right now, I lowered the FSB to 270 which is giving me 3.78ghz at the moment. I increase my memory clock to 1066 and the timings on it are 8-8-8-15 with is a ratio of 3:8.

What i'm wanting to accomplish is to run the memory clock at 1333 or if that's not the case I would like to having some slight help in order to properly configure my memory timings.

Stock timings should be 9-11-9-24 they are ultra low memory which came at 1.20 volts and is now at 1.60.

Thanks in advance.

[Solved]

tried the timings below and it took for the command to be manually set to 2T in order for me to go from 800mhz to a value of 1333mhz with timings below.

Memclock Value: DDR3-1333
CAS Latency - 8
2T Command - 2T <----- had to enter that, without it causes a failure.
TRCD -8
TRP - 8
skip
TRAS - 24

Have you got a link to that exact model of RAM? I couldn't find that model of Snipers on G.Skill's site, although I'm assuming rated timings at DDR3-1600 are 9-9-9-24 at 1.25V. And can you post a pic. of CPU-Z open to the SPD tab? Also the CPU-Z validation link in your sig. isn't allowed here.

Model is in the title but here is a shot. I will also remove the sig mentioned, thanks for letting me know. I bought this pair two years ago, funny thing is if I were to buy them today, i wouldn't find them lol but that might be because they don't sell them in 4 gigs anymore but rather a pair of 8.

I seen you've mentioned 1600? well they came labeled at stock 1300 9-11-9-24 1.20v / overclockable to 1600. Am I able to reach that?

EDIT: some guy has it running at 1866, that's crazy lol!

It's 1600 memory so it should run at 1600. In XMP you have 1600 9-9-9 1.50V so I would try that and later something like 1600 8-8-8 or even 7-8-7 1.50-1.60V. When you make it stable then try to drop memory voltage.
Your cpu won't let you run this memory above 1800 but 1600 should be fine. In worst case bump CPU-NB voltage +0.05-0.10V.

okay, i'll give it a shot, thanks. I might have to mess with the tras a bit, wish me luck.

I'd hate to double post something similar so here is the link on where I originally started to work on this project. Did a mistake which I failed to notice. trying get a solution soon.
