my semron 145 is running at 3.75ghz....
cpu-NB is 2400mhz(300*8) where 300 is my bus speed and 8 is NB multiplyer...
ht link is on 1200mhz(300*4) where 4 is ht link multi(maximum is 5)...

i want more performance at this speed should i set NB multi to 9 or 10(300*9=2700mhz,300*10=3000mhz).will doing that improve my system preformance.does higher NB speed increase psystem performance...same question is about ht link

Raise the CPU_NB voltage and 300*9=2700mhz CPU_NB Frequency. ON very fast ram will help ram performance which in some cases can boost system performance some amount. Amount unknown without you testing on your system for any increase.

Try HT multiplier at 5 since that is Max for it. Doesnt really effect anything except too high can cause some instability at times. 1500Mhz should have no effect one way or the other really.
