New System & Game..

Hello All,
I'm getting ready to build a new system (specs below) & have a question.. there are a few new games that I have been wanting to play & now that I've finally got the funds to build a new system, I'm not sure what one to get!? LOL
What game would you guys buy/play first.. my current budget only allows for one game.

Battlefield 3.
Call of Duty Black Ops 2.
Diablo III.
Far Cry 3
Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
Medal of Honor Warfighter.

Games I'm looking forward to:
Crysis 3.
Splinter Cell Blacklist.

Re-used from current system:
Case: Cooler Master HAF 922.
HDD: Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB= Storage.
Power Supply: CORSAIR TX650W.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40GHz.
Graphics Card: EVGA 8800GTS 640MB.
Hard Drive(s): System: Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB
Memory: OCZ 2x512 & 2x1GB Gold GX XTC PC2-6400.
Power Supply: CORSAIR TX650W
Motherboard: EVGA 680i SLI A2 122-CK-NF68

well i have played BF3 COD BO2 Diablo 3 Far cry3 and i liked BF3 and Far cry3
IMO BF3 is better choice because it has more game time i think

In my opinion, here's the order in which you should prioritize buying / playing them:

1. Far Cry 3
2. Call of Duty Black Ops 2
3. Battlefield 3.
4. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier
5. Diablo III.
6. Medal of Honor Warfighter.

Far Cry 3 is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend you get your hands on it.
