-When i'm talking about medium video editing i'm referring to like Sony Vegas as well as After effects!

-Pretty big in youtube so i'll be Recording Gameplay as well if that helps!

Just a little FYI in there ;)

I'm 18 too. It's not really a difficult thing, I had similar pre-concieved ideas about how hard it would be. If you've ever worked on a car, a computer is far, far, easier.

You're PSU is a little overpowered for the parts you have, I'd doubt you need more than 500 or 600w, perhaps even less.

There is a topic floating around on quality PSU brands, you don't want to cheap out on that part.

SSD's die faster when you video edit on them, so make sure you install your video editing programs + the files you want to edit on your platter drive.

an i7 3770k would better suit you with hyper threading, because those high end video editing programs will use any/all cores you give them.

Okay man when you sayPSu What is that :c (slap in my face that i ask that, and i'm in a PC website -_- )

Also Video editing so install like photoshop vegas and after effects on HDD ?

Plus yes a computer is much easier than a car d:

Any and all advice would be appreciated!

- Just trying to get the best out of my money and quality build

If you want to overclock down the road you need this board and a aftermarket cooler.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

Okay now we are getting somewhere!
*Why do i need this motherboard compared to what i have now?
*Overclocking if that's the reason how easy is it to overclock?
*If i chose your recommended motherboard will my other parts work?

Ya; you gotta change that board dude. Your current board cannot overclock and is designed for more simple systems.

Yes now we are working here d: So if I get this board will it improve the overall quality of my build and if i don't overclock it would it beat the performance of what i have now?

If you are NEVER going to overclock. Stick with your B75M board, and grab an i7 3770. Non K model. But generally we recommend that you set yourself up READY to overclock for the future should you decide to do it later on. It's quite easy these days to do it as long as you've got a decent CPU cooler. Because if you get a B75M board now; you won't ever be able to overclock on that board, even if you wanted to one day, you'd have to replace it entirely.

The board recommended has higher quality parts on it and more features in general than your current board. Will allow you to overclock when you want as well. Yes your other parts will work.

PS: There's an Edit button too rather than multiple posts in a row ;).

You need a Z77 1155 board to use the i5 3570k it has a unlocked multiplier that you can raise to increase the CPU speed and all of the parts will fit the board I posted.

You also need a aftermarket CPU cooler for overclocking like the hyper 212 EVO.

Okay here we go

Say i grab this motherboard(recommended)
I'm set up for the future for overclocking! Which i'll figure out how to do someday!

*Grab The Hyper 212 EVO

With the CPU What is the news on this? keep i5 ? Whats next?

Here's my proposed build with basically what you have. Though I've changed the PSU and RAM. The motherboard at current comes with FREE 8GB RAM 1x8GB stick. So I added another 8GB so you'd end up with 16GB total. Also running with an i7 3770k here. And a CPU cooler. I'm sure Knufire will come around with a better build but this is what I've got for the moment. 45 bucks in mail-in rebate. So you're around 1250. Ish.

And before you ask; yes the HX 650 WILL support 2 GTX 660 Ti's in the future should you so desire. The i7 3770k uses like what, 65w without its IGP? Maybe peaking at 100k overclocked. The 660 ti is what a 130w TDP card? Plenty of headroom.
