I was woundering if there has been any reviews comparing the diffrent swiftech kits including the h220

Well the H220 is reviewed on the front page.
Are other swiftech Kits compared to it? Don't think you'll see that. All Swiftech kits are a bunch of stuff put into a bag so it's an easy purchase, so it's pretty hard to do comparisons.
I will say the H220 is pretty darn good for a AIO, but it doesn't cool as good as a 120x3 rad kit, top pump, top block etc.

No. But you can look up the individual parts in the kits.
