Hey guys. I just recovered a motherboard which I am not completely sure works, but I noticed has a capacitor missing. It is located near the PCI slots, and from the images I have gathered online it seems to have the same printing like some of those around it.

It has this:
Some obscure F in between two lines
89He
101
16

I am kind of lost and any help in the direction of where to find a replacement, or what to buy would be greatly appreciated. I hope to recover this board since it seems reasonably nice. This forum seemed the best place to go. Thanks guys for the help.

You need a polymer cap, the neighbors are ~560µF, 6.3 volts.

Its markings are different though, so it is too.
101 implies 100µF capacitence, the 16 means 16 volts.
I'll find a good replacement in a moment here.

Ok here we go, assuming my decoding of the numbers is correct (I give it a 94.723% chance of being correct), this is a near-direct replacement for the cap in question:
http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/RR71C101MDN1/493-3716-ND/2207252
Digikey part number: 493-3716-ND
Manufacturer part number: RR71C101MDN1

For testing purposes, almost any polymer 16v capacitor can be installed there. For actual use, I'd use something at least close to what it came with.

It will probably boot without it, 16v means it's an input filter cap for something that takes power from the 12v rail. Do make sure the ripped out legs aren't shorting together, that'd make for fireworks.
