I will point out that microcenter has the 4770k for $280 which is another option for those who live near one.

Both are good deals. Especially, when you consider sales tax at MC. Unfortunately, I already bit the bullet at NewEgg when they first popped up. NewEgg does include a Grid 2 code ($49.99 game), so that helps make up for the extra cost I guess.

Yeah, with the MI 6% tax, the 4770K ends up being $293 or so, and there aren't that many MCs around. This is a killer deal for an online store.
