Sidewinder Computers - MIA?

I had a couple e-mail exchanges with Gary at Sidewinder Computers to work towards getting a quote / build for my next liquid cooling build. He hasn't replied to an e-mail in about a week and a half and was wondering if anyone else has been having a similar experience.

I was going to call, but figure if he's that busy or unavailable then it wouldn't be worth distracting him further. I know he has a full time job and for all I know could be on vacation!

Any input??
