I have reused mine since I don't keep a benching OS for long. I haven't had any issues yet.
Not a definitive answer, but hope it is some help.

Yeah never had an issue with it with past versions.

I think you run into issues when two installations are registered at one time. If you're always only submitting from one, then you'll be fine.
