Hey folks,
My motherboard supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066 RAM at 1.5v according to the manual.
I'd like to upgrade my memory but it seems a lot of kits are rated 1.65v. Will this be safe for my motherboard?

Thanks in advance,
-A

it's a Gigabyte GA-Z77-HD4 which was supposed to show in my signature which isn't posted yet.

Hey had a similar question and though best to post it here instead of a new thread... My ram is rated at 1.5... I have corsair vengeance 1600 at the moment I have to have it running at 1.6v for my computer to boot because of the CPU overclock... I was wondering what is considered the "safe" range for ram is I don't think my Mobo measures the ram temps so I can't keep an eye on it
