troubleshooting HD 3870x2

I bought two HD 3870x2 off ebay one card is fine the other one works but windows only detects one gpu,AMD CCC not detecting the two gpu's no crossfire options and GPU-Z has crossfire as disabled
Hoping i'am missing something and someone can help get the other gpu enabled but it is most likely dead i'am thinking any thoughts

Most likely dead if it's not detected by GPU-Z.

have you tried removing the one that does work and only boot with the "dead one"? and the video card could just have a corrupt bios try flashing it with atiflash in dos

the hd 3870x2 is one card with to gpu's on it and GPU-Z see's the card it says croossfire is disable

You could try doing what xtkxhom3r said, reflashing the BIOS. But chances are one of the GPUs went south.
