I have unlocked my 1700, but i acn only go up with my multiplier, i can't go down below default(11), any suggestions?

Probably a bridge or two that have not been properly connected. Be sure that the small triangle and L1 symbols (near the rubber pad) do not have any conductive material on them. Might want to try unlocking again...or see how high that multiplier will go! Good luck!
