How do i set up 3 monitors

I have 3 Gtx 660 TI's in sli and I can't figure out how to get them to run all 3 monitors in a game. They are Asus monitors and the cards are Asus too. My middle and left monitor work in sync, although the colors are off, but the right one says HDMI no signal even though its plugged in on both ends. I'm a dumbass when it comes to software and I dont have internet hooked up yet so please give me an easy to understand answer
