Quiet, cheap Fans

Thats what I'm looking for. My case is a Lian-Li 65usb. There are 2 front 80mms, and 1 rear 80mm. The power supply is loud as hell too.

So basically, anyone know any good fans that are quiet? I'm not looking for extreme performance either. I have watercooling, so I don't need it.

As for the powersupply, can I replace the fan with a quieter one? And even if I could, would it be bad for the power supply?

If anyone has any knowledge about this, please tell.
Thanks
BK

Look into the Sunon, their ultra high performance fan pushes 50cfm and is very quiet.

I just found a link on HardOCP for new fan technology from
WS Tech. Really neat stuff. Check it out at:
http://www.ystech.com.tw/Tmd/tmd-0.htm

According to them, there are 4 motors on the outside, and it uses magnetic technology. They also say that the main contributer to noise is the end of the blades. This new fan is supposed to get rid of that problem.

Doesn't have a date or anything about a release. Maybe I wait till those are out to replace my crappy noisy fans.

I wonder when they're going to be out for sale. The sooner the better because my PC is too loud.
