Weird lag

i have a pretty good rig in my opinion but recently it has started to lag(it was built 2 months ago) Its lagging in bf3, bf4 beta and mostly in minecraft.

Case fractal design r4
Motherboard: asus m5a97 r2.0
Processor: amd fx [email protected]
Gpus: His icooler hd 7770x2
Intel 330 120gb ssd
Seagate barracuda 2tb hdd
16gb g.skill ripjaws ram@ 1333
Os= Windows 7 ultimate
Cooler: noctua NH-U12P
Psu-seasonic 750w 80+ bronze.

Anyone have any idea what the lag could be caused by? Drivers? Java?

You might have a virus check with a virus scanner.
