Help setting up RAID on 990FX Etereme4

I follow the usual ctrl-F but but the pop-up screen does not present any RAID options. . It shows for options 1-4 and none pertain to RAID. I have it set to RAID in BIOS but it doesn't show in splash screen. THE Closet i see is controller configuration and when I select that it just shows me a the IRQ and base address anyone have a similar 990fx who could shed some light on this.

Select option 2, then hit Ctrl+C to create the array.
