Hello, my GPU is idling at around 70c and whenever I play anything it goes up to 100c. I've cleaned the inside of my case, and each component thoroughly, installed a new fan, and it hasn't fixed the problem in the slightest. Is there anything else I could do? These constant shut downs make trying to play anything very frustrating.

Try leaving the side panels off and see if temperatures improve.
Perhaps a re-application of thermal paste is needed.

The fan speed gradually goes up to 100%, so I don't think it's the fans fault. I have opened up the side of the computer, and re-applied thermal paste to the CPU, but no the GPU as of yet. When I first start the computer after being shut down for a while, it's about about 60 degrees.
