SOLVED Time to upgrade

It is time to upgrade my pc and i kinda stuck.Can please someone confirm those parts about performance and speed noise,because i need a good gaming rig not perfect but decent,here is what i chosen.

CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H110 or
ZALMAN CNPS9900 MAX or
ZALMAN CNPS12X or
THERMALTAKE CLP0587 FRIO EXTREME.

For gaming alone get a 4770k with a decent motherboard.
2x4GB of 1600MHz CL9 1.5V RAM
NH-D14 or PH-TC14PE for a heatsink if you want it to be quiet.
