New Build - Looking for advice

I've been putting together a new gaming rig. Just wanted to run it by the community here and see if anyone can see any issues with it, or can suggest any improvements.

SilenX EFZ-120HA5 86.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

Memory
Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card
XFX Radeon HD 7970 3GB Video Card

Corsair tx 750W

All this will be housed in a case that I had from a previous build that I know will be adequate, and in addition to the parts above I will also be including some fans of course.

That's fine. Change the CPU cooler to a Cooler Master hyper 212.
