Only one fan spinning on my 660 ti?

Hey OC'ers,


Was blowing some dust out of my PC and happened to notice the fins on one of my GPU fans which was weird since usually you shouldn't notice anything but a blur. The other fan is spinning normally so I would assume something is wrong with this one. Is there any situation or setting that would cause only one fan to spin? Anything along the lines of a power saving mode or something like that? I feel like im drawing short straw tonight with the issues I'm starting to have haha. Thanks in advance!

As a side note I have noticed this week having a bit of graphical lag playing Starbound but its not often.

Not normal that I know of, I would call MSI.

Alright thanks for the input i'll give them a call in the AM, thankfully the GPU is only a year old.
