Nvidia 470 bsod 0x00000116

I keep getting a bsod when I install my NVidia drivers.. The gpu runs at 40c in standard vga drivers so no over heating. Videos run fine no other issues.
But when I install the NVidia drivers a instant bsod after windows logo and were the login screen should be the bsod is there. So I have tried clean install of windows 64 bit. I have a new power supply. No problems there. I have a new amd fx 4300 and a gigabyte 990fx-ud3. So I don't know what could be the cause. I have disabled cookies accept the ones I allow if that has anything to do with it.

Another thing to add my cpu temp in in between 1c and 2c

Well I found out what it was. The video card. I am going to try new heat paste for now I will use the card I found that I had that worked.
