Please don't give me different videocard.

Can handle online games and other offline games on 1920x1080 and 720p.

4 Gig ram ddr3 1600
22 inch monitor

or

Intel i3 3220 ivy bridge
GT 630
2 Gig ram ddr3 1600
22 inch monitor

Which is stronger on the two of them? with more fps.

The A10 would perform significantly better.
