780 Ti Waterblock PROBLEM

So, right there, is that a major problem?

I just bought this waterblock today and as I was installing screws, I noticed that this hole seemed to be missing a standoff.

Don't wanna **** up my LC <3

Have you contacted the WB manufacturer and asked them if that's normal or not?
