Recently i bought a XFX PRO550w Core Edition to put it on other system (less power demanding)

I would like to know:
Wich of these 2 should i place on my main system? The XFX with less watt but more amp. or keep the LC-POWER with more watt but less amp.?
Maybe for you guys this should be na easy question to answer but for me its a bit dificcult about wich one choose...

My main system:
- Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3
- Phenom II X6 1075T
- VTX3d HD7870 X-Edition 2GB GDDR5
- 8Gb RAM @1680Mhz 7-8-7-24 2T: (2x2Gb OCZ Platinum OCZ3P1600LVAM4GK plus 2x2Gb G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL7-4GBRM)
- SSD Crucial M4 128Gb (CT128M4SSD2)
- HDD 320Gb
- 4x 120mm fan
- 2x 1400mm fan

Thanks in advance for all the opinions given...

Cheers :attn:

I think the XFX unit is much better overall. It scored a 9 out of 10 on johnnyguru.

LC-POWER units seem to be regarded as poor or below average quality and overpriced.
