I am needing some advice on how to get out of a boot loop on my PC. First System Specs:

Asusu Crosshair IV Formula
Phenom XII 1100T
8GB GSkill Ram
Corsair 750W
Galaxy 660TI 3GB
2 SSD 1HDD

I wanted to upgrade the CPU in the computer as with certain BIOS this board can run certain FX processors. I flashed the BIOS needed for such having searched around found that many people were able to do this with no problems. However once it was I was put into a boot loop. BIOS works great but Windows (8.1) keeps giving me the "PC has encountered and error and needs to restart" message shortly after attempting to load. I checked all BIOS settings and ensured all storage was set to correct configuration after BIOS flash. Any suggestions on what I should try?
